Started the Hike at the Parking Lot at Dientalm 1360 m 4461 ft. (Mountain Pass) and followed the signed Road up and past Tiergartenalm 1.540 m and Klingelbergalm 1.543 m where the Trail starts towards Schneebergkreuz, very wet and muddy today because of the Snowmelt, a few Snow patches had to be passed further up and close to the Summit which is Schneeberg Kreuz 1938 m 6357 ft but labeled as Schneeberg. Great views towards Hochkönig in the North and Hohe Tauern with Großglockner in the South. I made my way down the other side to Schneeberg a few Minutes away. This Peak is now called Mühlbacher Schneeberg and very busy as a Cable Car goes up to close the Summit, Didn’t stay long, just took a few Pictures, signed the Register and went to the Highpoint marked with a Trig Point a Minute away, The Summit-cross is Not at the Highest Point, didn’t see anyone visiting the True Highpoint. From here on it was a long downhill hike on Trail and Roads to below Althausalm 1.200m to catch the Road leading up and past Hubertuskapelle (1.245 m) on the way to Hochglocker 1590 m 5215 ft. Which is marked as Hochglocker Ruheoase with Summit Cross, Register, a Bench and two Deck Chairs, A True relaxing area but again not the Highpoint, A bit further west in the Forest a few paint marked Stones mark the True Highpoint. On my way down towards Mühlbach I passed by Pronebenalm 1.280 m which was closed as any other Alp I passed today. The last part of the Hike was on Asphalt Road ending at the Junction with Arthurhaus on the Main road. I hitched hiked back up to my starting Point at Dientalm. Another Great Day with amazing Views all Day long.
