Seven followers for my Sunday ride. A ride up Chandlers Hill, then a swoop (as Captain Morgan would say) down Wood Lane saw us arrive at Nita's Burger Bar at her new location at the fishing lake in Wood Lane. After navigating the potholes (a Nita trademark) we arrived to a warm welcome from Nita. Following coffee and a bit of banter with Nita off we went again via Langley, Datchet and Windsor to the Shepherds Hut pub in Eton Wick (a new stop) for lunch. Okayish but nothing to shout about. Post lunch (and a round of drinks from Ruth, a one off never to be repeated treat) we headed back to the Red Lion at Iver via the Jubilee river and static homes park. After more drinking we headed back to Uxbridge. Uxbridge to Uxbridge 23 miles. Puffing Loiterer

Memo for Andy: There is no silver service at Nita's Burger Bar - you have to pick up the mug of coffee and bring it to the table yourself - I know it's a drag but that is how it is !
