My Second Hike today from the same Parking Lot at Sella Chianzutan (954 m) and pretty much straightforward up the Ski-slope on a Faint Trail. From here on the Trail is marked and easy to follow despite the many Leafs on the Trail. The Trail is getting steeper up and past the Avalanche Barriers. It’s getting more narrow On the Ridgeline and once you think it’s steep, it gets steeper up to the Highpoint (by one Meter as per Topo Map) which is marked with a Cairn. The Summit Cross with Register is still a little bit away and descending a bit before re-climbing (Cat-walk like Knife Edge)to the Cross and Madonna. Fantastic Views from this Low Elevation Peak make this a well worth it half day Tour. I returned the same way back paying attention on the steep Leave covered Trail. This Hike us best done in Dry Conditions.
