Scouted and worked on the far West Trail between Kuykendahl and the Heritage Hill access cutoff. There are 3 issues to be addressed that I came across. 1. The bypass at the fallen trees near crossing #5 may need to be changed. It's currently passable but it is located towards the wetlands below the original trail, I should have moved it to higher ground, above the original trail, but too much work to handle. 2. Crossing #4 has erosion at the plank crossing . . . I added dirt/sand but more should be filled in. 3. The fallen trees near crossing #4 have mostly been removed but I was not able to begin cutting the larger of the trees.
