전북학생교육원에서 등산로. 전망대 이정표가 나오면 전망대쪽으로 가면 세동치 등산로로 가면 부운치방향. 세동치부터 팔랑치 설경이 멋지가고 함. 나는 부운치쪽 임도로 감. 경사는 완만. 오르는 도중도중 뒤돌아 보는 풍경 또한 넘 멋짐
